College Relations & Scholarship
Objective: Oversee awarding of CLSHRM scholarships and assist in planning events designed to promote local college and university students’ entrance into the field of human resources (e.g., student networking social, speaking engagements at universities).

Membership
Objective: Increase and retain members, placing emphasis on diversity and member involvement in chapter activities.

Programming & Seminar
Objective: Plan programming beneficial to chapter members and plan and organize annual chapter seminar.

Public Relations
Objective: Publish monthly newsletter, submit chapter information for website, and communicate with media to ensure awareness of chapter activities and events.

SHRM Foundation
Objective: Support SHRM Foundation initiatives and organize annual fund drive.

Workforce Readiness & Community Service
Objective: Establish workforce readiness initiatives and identify community service projects for CLSHRM.

Objective: Provide information relative to workplace diversity for CLSHRM newsletter, chapter meetings, etc.
