Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration- $275.00
- Company name and logo included in seminar publicity
- One table with two chairs and tent-cards
- Continental breakfast and lunch for up to two representatives
- Recognition at opening session of seminar
- Entrance to all sessions
- Mailing list of seminar attendees
- Sponsor designated as point of contact to pick up registration forms
Booth Assignment
Booth set-up: Wednesday, October 15, 2008 – 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Booth take-down: Wednesday, October 15, 2008 – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Booth space will be assigned as registration and payment is received. No guarantees are made in respect to location; however, care will be taken to avoid locating exhibitors next to competitors or exhibitors with like products and services.
Payment
Full payment for booth space ($275) is due by Friday, July 12, 2008. Payments may be made by cash, check or money order and should be sent to:

Company Logo
Company logos should be submitted to Leigh Ann Purvis, 2008 CLSHRM Past President, via e-mail on or before September 5, 2008. Logos should be sent in a .pdf or .gif format to: leighann.purvis@royomartin.com
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Fifty percent (50%) of the total exhibitor registration will be refunded for cancellations received before Friday, September 26, 2008.
