A Message from the President: Our 2026 Vision for CLSHRM

As we look ahead to 2026, I am both proud and energized by the direction of Central Louisiana SHRM. Our chapter continues to grow in purpose, participation, and impact—and this year’s vision is centered on connection and engagement of HR professionals across Central Louisiana.

CLSHRM exists to serve a diverse HR community—from departments of one to large organizations—and our 2026 calendar was intentionally designed to meet members where they are. Whether you are seeking trusted compliance guidance, meaningful professional development, or opportunities to give back, our goal is to ensure CLSHRM remains your go to professional home.

What to Expect in 2026
